THISISRC Interviews JQ’s – Joseph Quagraine

In the 1:8 GP Buggy world one manufacturer has set itself apart by developing a kit known as “THE Car.” A true success story, JQ Products has made reality what many of us dream of, making your own RC Chassis and racing it at the highest level of racing around the world. Today THISISRC get to interview Joseph Quagraine “THE MAN” behind ”THE Car.”
JOSEPH: I didn’t want to wake up every day going to do something I didn’t enjoy, something that doesn’t lead anywhere, and help make someone else rich. That was the reason for starting my own company.
JQ in Malaysia at the FEMCAs

JQ in Malaysia at the FEMCAs

"Mr JQ is in Malaysia attending the FEMCA Champs in Selangor, Malaysia, he sent us a quick report from day 1 of qualifying, it seems his trip started on a high with a special welcome at the airport...

FEMCA - Every 2 years the best racers in Asia gather together in a very hot and humid country for the FEMCA Championships. The fastest drivers normally come from Australia, Thailand and Japan. This year a couple of guest drivers made the show, me and Greg Degani. Atsushi Hara who would have been the favourite to win this race, didn't show up. Turns out he is back in Thailand testing some new stuff, while the Thai racers are here in Malaysia. Sneaky fellow. As Degani said, ”Who cares, we all bump up one spot”. But it would have been cool to race him here."
