CML reports – “Stafford Club once again played host to the CML Carpet Masters and we again saw fierce competition at the front of the field. After the 3 rounds of qualifying it was Team Associated factory driver Olly Jeffries who took the pole by a 1 second from CML/Yokomo driver Ian Wittingham. Ian was in turn 1 second in front of CML/Associated driver Andy Robson. The first final saw Olly take and early lead with Andy briefly getting up to 2nd before a little error dropped him back to 5th. Olly maintained his lead with a comfortable drive to take the win by a couple of seconds from Adam Meakin with Andy having fought back to 3rd, right on the tail of Adam.” Read More… [Source - cmldistribution.co.uk]
